THE OPPORTUNITY
BACKGROUND: Our Customer Support team is dedicated to the operation of Ivalua procurement solutions for our EMEA clients post-production. The RUN EMEA team is expanding to ensure the satisfaction of an increasing number of clients. In this growth context, we are seeking a Software Client Support Engineer.
ROLE: Within the RUN team, you will manage a portfolio of clients in France and internationally. You will oversee client relationships regarding the maintenance of these applications from both operational and technical perspectives. You will address client requests that may include anomalies, support inquiries, enhancement requests, or migrations to major new versions. You will be the dedicated contact for our clients and partners in terms of technical expertise. You will receive training and certification on our Buyer application (SaaS Source-to-Pay software).
