Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver front-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related problems, documenting solutions clearly and concisely. Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify and address software bugs, escalating issues as necessary. Guide clients in understanding and utilizing our software effectively through comprehensive training and support. Maintain thorough records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system. Stay informed about product updates and enhancements, communicating relevant changes to clients. Participate in Versaterm's on-call support rotation to provide emergency assistance to customers outside of regular business hours as needed. Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).2-3 years of experience in a software support or development environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate technical challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
