Qualifications

Native Filipino with a solid grasp of the local social media landscape, consumer behavior, and trends, along with proficiency in both English and Tagalog. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management and account management within an agency environment. Exceptional skills in creative social media content writing and strategic planning. Proven experience managing social media channels for brands, along with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and best practices. Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign optimization techniques, having managed the complete execution of social media campaigns. Optional: Experience in optimizing ad performance via Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager. Understanding of influencer outreach programs and familiarity with influencers across various categories in the Philippines.

About the job

  • Develop, curate, and manage a monthly content calendar that aligns with the brand’s editorial strategy and marketing initiatives, as well as local events and key content pillars.

  • Collaborate closely with our creative and production teams to transform innovative and engaging content ideas into dynamic social media posts.

  • Oversee community management across all platforms, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries within 24 hours.

  • Track, evaluate, and report on content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations in our monthly analysis.

  • Stay informed about social media trends and proactively suggest strategies based on insights for continuous improvement.
