Your Mission
As a crucial member of our team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will take ownership of Improbable’s content channels and serve as the creative catalyst behind our social media initiatives. You will oversee the entire content lifecycle—from strategic planning to execution—across all platforms, utilizing advanced AI tools and workflows to generate high-quality content at scale. This is a unique chance to define the voice of a groundbreaking venture builder during a critical growth phase and collaborate with senior leaders to establish genuine and impactful thought leadership in the realms of AI and web3.
Your Opportunity:
Social Media Management: Take charge of Improbable’s presence across all relevant social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and more). Craft platform-specific strategies to expand our audience, enhance engagement, and strengthen brand authority.
Content Strategy & Execution: Lead the management of Improbable’s owned content channels from editorial planning and content calendar creation to production, publication, and performance analysis. Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, messaging, and maintains consistent high quality.
AI-Driven Content Generation: Utilize generative AI tools and modern content workflows to produce engaging copy, visuals, and multimedia content at scale. Stay at the forefront of emerging tools and formats, infusing innovation into our content strategy.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and interact with Improbable’s online communities and audiences, nurturing meaningful discussions and cultivating a loyal, engaged following.
