Join Cheddar as our Social Media and Community Manager and become the dynamic voice of our brand across various social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Your role will involve:
- Crafting and implementing a cutting-edge social media strategy aimed at expanding and engaging our digital audience across all relevant platforms.
- Staying ahead of the curve on the latest social media trends to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience and collaborating with external content creators to enhance our brand's online presence.
- Engaging with affiliates and influencers to create impactful content, fostering collaboration, and increasing awareness and usage of the Cheddar product.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all social media interactions, managing inbound communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including customer service, product, compliance, and development to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
- Establishing processes to optimize the execution of social strategies, including content generation and revisions.
- Working closely with our performance marketing team to provide insights on the latest trends in social media and finance.
- Partnering with brand collaborators to curate and execute innovative social campaigns.
