Join Visit.org, where we are looking for a passionate and driven Social Impact Program Manager for Enterprise Accounts, working remotely from India. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our largest clients by creating and delivering impactful volunteer experiences. You will blend customer success, event coordination, and partner management to bring large-scale social impact programs to fruition, overseeing everything from logistics planning to enhancing the participant experience. Please note: This is a remote contractor position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) based in India. Working Hours: 8 am EST - 5 pm EST; 2 pm-11 pm (GMT+1).

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing engagement, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor account health by tracking engagement levels, identifying risks, and highlighting opportunities for growth.
- Assist in renewal and expansion initiatives by preparing usage reports, gathering impact data, and supporting proposal development.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of large-scale volunteer events, including logistics, timelines, registrations, materials, and stakeholder management.
- Guarantee successful execution on the event day by collaborating with team members and partners.
