Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries.
- Accurately document client interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Guide clients in product usage and deliver relevant training as needed.
- Contribute to the creation of support resources and documentation.
