EPA certification Type I and II is preferred. Must reside within a 30-mile radius of the property. Reliable transportation and availability for a rotating on-call schedule are required. Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary. Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and effectively address all service requests and maintenance repairs.
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisor in managing inventory levels for tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain an organized, safe, and clean working environment.
  • Implement and follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Foster clear communication with residents, team members, vendors, and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage budget constraints and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program.
  • Assist in the execution of the hazard communications program.
  • Conduct inspections of grounds, buildings, and community features to mitigate liability risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hazard communication protocols.
  • Work alongside the maintenance team to enhance the community's curb appeal.
  • Provide assistance to residents during the move-in and move-out processes as necessary.
  • Oversee scheduling and execution of maintenance and repair events.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Address resident complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in the upkeep of office and communal areas.
  • Participate in the daily maintenance of the property’s exterior, including grounds and common areas.
  • Manage swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs accurately.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency services.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
