Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and thoroughly address all service requests and repairs.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage inventory levels of necessary tools and supplies.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies for personnel management, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Implement a preventive maintenance schedule to keep community amenities in top condition.
- Foster effective communication with residents, team members, vendors, and supervisors.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain budget compliance and a robust preventive maintenance program.
- Assist in maintaining a hazard communications program and conduct regular inspections of community facilities to mitigate liability risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Enhance community curb appeal through diligent teamwork.
- Support residents during the move-in and move-out processes.
- Coordinate and execute maintenance-related turn events efficiently.
- Perform scheduled equipment maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Address resident complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Keep detailed records and assist in maintaining cleanliness of office and common areas.
- Participate in exterior property upkeep, ensuring all common areas are tidy.
- Manage swimming pool maintenance, including chemical log accuracy.
- Be part of the on-call rotation for emergency services as required.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
