Your Contribution:

Are you a proactive and skilled Generator Technician eager to advance your career in the dynamic Telecom industry? If yes, Pearce Services has the perfect opportunity for you! Our Generator Technicians are responsible for servicing and repairing commercial generators located on cell phone towers in your area. This role is ideal for independent self-starters who are open to travel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and diagnose generators, repair issues, and install or replace components and systems, including performing maintenance or upgrades on seasonal equipment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and regular maintenance checks on generators to guarantee optimal readiness, interpreting blueprints and specifications for repairs and installations.
  • Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, controls, and additional components, ensuring proper operational testing.
  • Respond timely to power/generator alarms, including being available for on-call duties 24/7, and maintaining prompt communication via phone and email.
  • Work safely while being aware of potential hazards related to power supply equipment, adhering to safety protocols and attending all safety and training meetings.
