Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry tasks to install tailored storage systems, including closets, cabinets, and office spaces in both residential and commercial settings.
- Utilize company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints for accurate and efficient installations.
- Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
- Assist with the removal and installation of materials in client residences.
- Maintain all shop tools and equipment in safe working condition (tools are provided).
- Work independently or collaboratively with team members based on job size.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during in-home installations.
- Adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Drive safely to and from job sites using company-provided vehicles.
- Complete other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
