About the job

As a Site Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations through a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include word processing, transcription, information research, translation, and efficient filing practices. You will also manage communication by taking and directing telephone messages.

Your role will involve drafting internal memos, financial reports, and other necessary documentation. You will assist in organizing technical meetings, conferences, and meetings with contractors and suppliers, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled smoothly.

Maintaining and operating office equipment will be part of your daily tasks, alongside sourcing new vendors as needed. You will be responsible for establishing document control processes specific to various projects, managing IFC/As-built drawings, test reports, warranty documents, punch lists, title deeds, and necessary permits from relevant authorities.

Additionally, you will oversee EPC transmittal notifications and invoice monitoring, including substantiation articles, payment milestones, and contract amendments. Your attention to detail will be crucial in preparing pre-checklists for technical due diligence and tracking project-specific licenses and permissions.

Archiving PV simulations and preparing materials for presentations will be important aspects of your role. You will also manage library documentation, classify technical articles, and assist in archiving operational reports. Finally, consolidating support documents for monthly O&M reports, such as utility bills and performance guarantees, will be key to your contributions.
