Role OverviewWe are looking for a Signal Integrity (SI) Engineer with 6-10 years of expertise to lead board-level high-speed electrical designs for our 1.6T DR8 (200G/lane) OSFP optical modules, overseeing everything from pre-layout simulations to validation and production support. Key Responsibilities:Manage SI/PI design for 1.6T DR8 OSFP module interfaces, including 200G PAM4 lanes, DSP/ASIC interfaces, and connector transitions on the PCB. Conduct pre- and post-layout SI simulations (both time and frequency domain) for high-speed channels, analyzing insertion/return loss, crosstalk, impedance, eye diagrams, COM, and bathtub analysis. Define PCB stack-up, materials, via technology, routing rules, and design constraints to meet performance targets at 200G per lane. Create comprehensive SI/PI design guidelines for schematic and layout engineers; validate schematics and layouts (including diff-pair routing and stitching) and provide sign-off on SI. Collaborate closely with optical, mechanical, firmware, and test teams on the 1.6T module architecture, power partitioning, and control interfaces.
