Position Overview:
The Shift Supervisor plays a pivotal role in leading our team to provide exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial objectives. This position encompasses all responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and supports the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of management, the Shift Supervisor will direct team activities, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
