Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledgeable about federal, state, and local regulations related to financial services. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Position Overview:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver remarkable customer experiences, achieve operational excellence, and adhere to company policies. You will take on the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative while also supporting the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee all team activities.
