Role Overview
The Shift Manager will lead daily operations at a busy airport car park in Birmingham. This position calls for someone who can guide a team, manage resources, and keep both staff and customers at the center of every decision. Each shift brings new challenges, so adaptability and clear communication are essential.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and motivate a diverse team during your shift
- Ensure smooth, efficient operations and high customer satisfaction
- Promote Airparks’ core values: Great Service, Ownership, Team Spirit, Innovation, and Trust
- Use 1-2-1 meetings, appraisals, and team development to support and grow your team
- Deploy resources strategically to meet operational needs
