Position Overview: SharePoint Support Engineer
We are on the lookout for a talented and motivated Support Engineer with specialized knowledge in SharePoint to become a valued member of our vibrant team. In this crucial role, you will play a key part in maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our SharePoint environments to ensure the seamless operation of our business processes.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive support for SharePoint environments, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.
Utilize PowerShell scripting for system improvements and automation tasks.
Mentor team members through knowledge sharing to promote continuous learning and development.
Oversee production incidents and manage problem resolution for SharePoint-related challenges.
Execute data analysis on large datasets to support business performance metrics.
Administer and manage SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online platforms, encompassing both frontend and backend functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, IT infrastructure, and Microsoft to tackle SharePoint-related issues and requirements.
Design, plan, and implement data migration strategies from legacy SharePoint systems to SharePoint 2019/Online.
