Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design systems to fulfill specified requirements.
- Collaborate with Government personnel to detail functional and design specifications, ensuring clarity in system design, programming specifications, and data handling processes.
- Transform functional requirements into detailed systems designs suitable for the development of effective software solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive software testing, including the preparation and utilization of sample data.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
- Generate necessary systems documentation in alignment with task orders.
- Work with Government staff and fellow contractors to ensure clarity of task objectives, identify issues, and propose enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Create and manage SQL Server and Oracle database structures and processes.
- Collaborate effectively with other developers and Database Administrators (DBAs).
- Develop web applications with a focus on quality and performance.
- Partner with quality assurance teams to resolve identified issues.
- Implement robust security access protocols.
- Design and develop mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Migrate legacy classic ASP applications to ASP. NET technology.
- Perform unit testing on all modules in accordance with established test specifications.
- Revise program specifications and test case documents to address discrepancies.
- Provide feedback on user interfaces, critical business rules, and overall functionality.
