The position will be under contract until November 30, 2028.Key Responsibilities:Utilize your software engineering skills to convert functional requirements into technical designs, and engage in coding, maintenance, testing, and software evaluation.Propose and assess detailed designs of system components to ensure reusability and adaptability.Collaborate within an Agile development team to deliver secure and high-quality applications, while actively participating in software engineering best practices such as:Unit TestingContinuous IntegrationRefactoringTest Driven DevelopmentMaintain thorough documentation of processes, code, and decisions made during software development and testing.Conduct peer code reviews for quality assurance.Write relevant tests to maintain code quality.Perform additional IT-related tasks to support seamless business operations.

Possess a valid ServiceNow System Administrator certification and Application Developer certification, along with at least two other ServiceNow implementation certifications. Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, focusing on end-to-end implementations using ServiceNow products. At least three (3) years of experience working with ServiceNow scoped applications, demonstrating expertise in scripting modules such as client scripts, business rules, workflows, flow designer, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, and UI pages, as well as custom application development. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in ServiceNow Service Portal and widget development, including skills in Angular JS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Experience with at least two of the following ServiceNow suites: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, Sec-Ops, and App Engine. Strong proficiency in scripting languages, including JavaScript and Python. Knowledgeable in integrating ServiceNow using platform APIs and various integration tools.
