• Proven experience in implementing Asset Management, CMDB, Orchestration, and PPM modules.
• Solid understanding of configuring LDAP, SSO, and VPN provisioning for ServiceNow.
• Practical experience in integrating ServiceNow using Web Services, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Ability to support production systems and end users effectively.
• Strong interest in working within the Enterprise Applications domain.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
The role involves significant periods of sitting and computer work and requires effective communication via phone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be necessary based on job requirements.
