What You Bring to the Team:Demonstrated experience as an engineer in electronics, UAVs, or service—mid to senior level. Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience or proven capability as a Senior Engineer. Deep understanding of repair, diagnostics, testing, and quality assurance processes. Strong team management and coordination abilities. Capability to mentor, provide constructive feedback, and nurture team members' growth. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership. Proficiency in English at B2+ level, enabling effective collaboration with international teams. Hands-on experience with diagnostic and repair tools.

Role overview

The Service Team Lead manages the Kyiv-based service team, focusing on high-quality repairs, process improvements, and the professional growth of engineers. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kyiv.

Main responsibilities

Team leadership

  • Direct and coordinate a team of service engineers and testers.
  • Plan workloads, assign tasks, and set priorities to improve productivity.
  • Mentor, onboard, and guide engineers in their development.
  • Lead technical discussions and review complex cases to find solutions.

Quality assurance

  • Ensure all repairs and testing meet company standards.
  • Monitor deadlines, SLAs, and overall service quality.
  • Analyze recurring technical issues and drive improvements to reduce defects.
  • Review and validate complex repairs involving electronics, UAVs, and modules.

Process improvement

  • Streamline workflows and introduce industry best practices.
  • Maintain and update checklists, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Testing, Logistics, Procurement, and R&D teams.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports on key KPIs.

Technical involvement

  • Help resolve complex engineering challenges as they arise.
  • Make technical decisions in non-routine situations.
  • Oversee repairs of UAVs, electronic modules, and power systems.

Location: This position requires full-time, on-site presence at the Kyiv office.
