Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Assist in the recruitment, training, and motivation of staff to cultivate a high-performing team. Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate employee schedules to guarantee adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Facilitate large group discussions to address inquiries and resolve complaints. Program Development and Management: Design and coordinate program activities to align with the day-school curriculum. Create and implement daily lesson plans and enrichment activities. Build relationships with school community members to amplify student learning opportunities. Data Oversight: Collect, upload, and organize student data within the reporting system. Ensure the accuracy and organization of all data. Analyze data and present insights to management for ongoing improvement. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication across the organization. Build a cohesive team through open dialogue and collaborative decision-making. Address parent and staff inquiries with a friendly and accommodating approach. Operational Management: Ensure proper utilization of supplies and technology, overseeing inventory checks. Maintain up-to-date records and logs in all internal and external systems. Accurately document data points for all internal and external reporting systems. Behavioral Support Coordination: Implement behavior intervention strategies for students. Develop and execute strategies to promote positive student behavior and address issues proactively. Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned to further the success of the program and organization.
