Your Role
We are seeking a passionate Service Designer to join our team on a permanent basis. Your mission will be to design services that empower users to achieve their objectives.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting research and mapping the current service from the viewpoints of customers, product teams, and the broader organization.
- Facilitating workshops aimed at problem-solving, exploring solutions, and generating innovative ideas.
- Designing user journeys and creating artifacts, including service blueprints.
- Building prototypes to test potential solutions and ideas.
- Understanding, interpreting, and effectively communicating user needs.
- Ensuring that user needs remain central to product development processes.
