Experience with vulnerability scanning and assessment tools. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Proficient team management capabilities. The Service Delivery Manager will lead the comprehensive management of security vulnerability remediation processes, ensuring robust protection for organizational assets. This role demands a profound knowledge of security best practices, risk management, and IT service delivery. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate security vulnerabilities through effective patching and solutions deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Vulnerability Management:

  • Collaborate closely with the Cyber Security team on the vulnerability management program, focusing on identifying, assessing, and prioritizing critical vulnerabilities affecting the business.

Remediation Management:

  • Identify effective solutions for assessed vulnerabilities.
  • Create and execute comprehensive remediation plans within set timelines.
  • Monitor and manage remediation progress, ensuring timely closure of vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding scheduled downtimes necessary for deploying remediations in live environments.
  • Work alongside IT teams to implement essential patches, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Establish and sustain a knowledge base for vulnerability remediation.

Risk Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders for thorough impact analysis.
  • Create rollback contingency plans to address implementation challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Maintain current risk registers and comprehensive reports.

Service Delivery:

  • Guarantee the provision of high-quality security vulnerability management services.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage incidents and problems related to service delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing progress and status of the remediation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with designated Service-Level Agreements.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of specialists within the remediation program.
  • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
