Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement testing methods and performance metrics across various wireless technologies (5G NR, LTE, Wi-Fi, BLE, GNSS). Create and maintain automated test scripts, proficiently utilizing advanced measurement equipment. Conduct in-depth analysis of internal logs to identify and rectify hardware and software issues, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Contribute to internationalization efforts by working with global carriers and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards. Partner with hardware and software development teams, both in lab and field settings, to troubleshoot connectivity performance issues. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing fleet-wide connectivity, addressing congestion, prioritization, and coverage in the U. S. and abroad. Design and execute targeted field experiments to assess and enhance the performance of diverse wireless technologies. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven expertise in wireless communication technologies and testing methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Our Compute Team plays a pivotal role in this mission, developing the computing platform that operates the software stack for fully autonomous vehicles. We design high-performance custom silicon, advanced compute architectures aimed at optimizing performance, power efficiency, and latency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our hardware and software are optimized for peak performance. We are seeking inquisitive and skilled professionals to join our multidisciplinary team, working on one of the highest-performing automotive compute platforms globally.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, reporting to the EMC Lead.
