Qualifications:7+ years of proven experience as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or a similar senior-level position focused on Microsoft technologies. Strong understanding of Windows Server, Azure, and Active Directory architecture. Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience with endpoint management systems, particularly Microsoft Intune. Excellent problem-solving skills, especially under pressure. Ability to mentor and lead engineering teams effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

As a vital member of our Systems Engineering team, you will oversee the efficient provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of our Microsoft-based systems infrastructure. This role involves engaging in technical research and development to support ongoing innovation in our enterprise environment.
Your responsibilities will ensure that Windows Server platforms, Azure services, Active Directory, and endpoint management systems are aligned with our organizational values and security standards, empowering our staff, partners, and stakeholders to function effectively and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Microsoft-based systems focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Take responsibility for Windows and Azure architecture decisions, contributing to long-term infrastructure strategy and planning.
  • Design and manage enterprise Active Directory environments, including GPO governance and identity management.
  • Administer and optimize Windows Server 2022 / 2025 environments.
  • Manage and enhance Microsoft Intune for endpoint lifecycle management, compliance enforcement, and secure device provisioning.
  • Architect and support Azure environments, including identity management, networking, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during critical incidents: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Microsoft-related production issues under pressure.
  • Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell and Azure-native tools to streamline operations and enhance reliability.
  • Establish and uphold system hardening, compliance standards, and Microsoft security best practices (CIS, NIST, etc.).
  • Administer and support collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, ensuring integration with infrastructure workflows.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and integrate new Microsoft technologies to improve system resilience and performance.
