Role Overview
RES is hiring a Senior Water Quality Client Solutions Manager (WQCSM) to help drive business development and deliver water quality solutions across the Southeast. This position supports sales and project delivery efforts in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. The role can be based in Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Athens, GA; Charleston, SC; Brentwood (Nashville), TN; or other Southeast locations.
What You Will Do
- Lead business development for advisory services and design-build water quality projects.
- Champion RES’ water quality and ecological restoration solutions to clients and prospects throughout the region.
- Engage with clients in early sales conversations to identify water quality challenges and needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external project teams to secure contracts and deliver projects.
- Support proposal writing, project discovery, and conceptual development.
- Navigate complex sales processes and alternative delivery methods such as design-build or pay-for-performance.
- Collaborate with the National Water Solutions Team to market watershed-scale integrated delivery projects nationwide.
What We Look For
- Extensive knowledge of water quality regulations and ecological restoration practices.
- Experience in business development, project development, and project delivery for water quality or related services.
- Background in integrated or alternative project delivery (such as design-build or pay-for-performance models).
- Strong skills in proposal development and client engagement.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage complex sales cycles.
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to environmental restoration and sustainability.
