We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Video Producer & Editor to join our dynamic Brand Studio. If you are passionate about storytelling, visual aesthetics, and the role of empathy in the creative process, we want to hear from you!
You will report to the Video Production Lead based in Seattle and may need to travel internationally up to 10% of the time (an active passport and valid US Visa are required). This position is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica, and candidates must reside in the country.
Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize motion graphics, animation, and live-action footage to vividly represent the Smartsheet brand.
- Oversee and coordinate projects that involve internal teams, clients, and agency partners, ensuring all milestones are met from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create scripts and storyboards, effectively translating feedback for animators, editors, and vendors.
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail, ensuring that all marketing materials (campaigns, social media, events, sales collateral) are aligned with brand messaging and push creative boundaries.
- Engage in planning and objective-setting to ensure video assets meet audience needs and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Seek clarification when needed and assist with additional tasks to support studio success.
