Ideal Candidate Profile:Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline, accompanied by strong mathematical expertise. In-depth knowledge of AI theory, with proficiency in state-of-the-art large-scale models (e.g., Llama, DeepSeek) and core AI algorithm principles. Familiarity with AI chip architecture and interconnection technologies. Expertise in hardware/software co-design and optimization. Comprehensive understanding of essential technologies in AI systems, such as high-performance operator libraries, collective communication libraries, distributed acceleration, parallelism strategies, and efficient dispatching systems. Proven experience in optimizing computing efficiency for large models, including enhancements of inference latency and throughput, as well as Multi-Functional Unit (MFU) improvements. Knowledge of distributed training and inference frameworks like Megatron, vLLM, and SGLang. Over 5 years of practical experience in AI sectors, including Computer Vision (CV), Large Language Models (LLM), MultiModal applications, Reasoning, and Agent-based systems. Demonstrated capability in leading large-scale inference/training system research projects or product design and development, showcasing significant commercial success and technical impact. Track record of publications in prestigious journals or conferences relevant to the field.

This lab focuses on full-stack innovations, including the co-design of software and hardware, and the optimization of data efficiency at both storage and runtime levels. Our team is also pioneering the next generation of GPU architectures tailored for gaming, cloud rendering, VR/AR, and Metaverse applications.

Our objective is to enhance algorithm performance and training efficiency across various sectors, securing a sustainable competitive edge for the future.

  • Lead comprehensive analyses of technological advancements in AI, spearheading the strategic planning and development of the technology roadmap in AI computing to ensure top-tier product performance and commercial viability for future AI inference and training applications.

  • Possess a profound understanding of chip and system architecture, implementing system-wide innovations through the co-design of hardware, software, and algorithms. Establish the foundational technical framework for AI computing systems, delivering industry-leading AI solutions.
