(Our technology stack includes Ruby on Rails, React, MySQL, Redis, and S3).Your knowledge is grounded in computer science and engineering principles, encompassing concurrency, multithreading, data structures, solution design, architecture, and design patterns.You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can lead discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.You bring several years of experience in people management, guiding and mentoring software engineers.
