Key Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Vault operates on both physical and virtualized Windows Servers, requiring the Engineer to undertake a variety of support tasks, including but not limited to:
- Participating in teleconferences and technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives.
- Performing configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting in accordance with current engineering documentation.
- Documenting configuration change requests through the established change control board.
- Processing storage requests, migrations, and decommissioning tasks.
- Monitoring failed system components and coordinating logistics, vendor support, and on-site assistance as necessary.
