End-to-End UX Design: Directs the development of user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align user requirements with business objectives. UX Research & Insights: Conducts user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to guide design decisions and uncover new opportunities for innovation. Data-Driven Design: Converts behavioral data and user insights into strategic design approaches that align with KPIs and measurable outcomes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partners closely with product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance teams to create scalable, accessible, and high-quality experiences. Design Tools Expertise: Demonstrates strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for rapid ideation, prototyping, and iterative design. Design Systems & Accessibility: Contributes to and enhances design systems while ensuring accessible design practices.

About the job

Wizeline is looking for a Senior UX Designer in Financial Services to join the team in CDMX. This position focuses on designing user-centered digital products and experiences, especially for complex or regulated industries.

Role overview

This role requires more than five years of experience in UX design. The Senior UX Designer will work on projects that demand both strategic planning and hands-on design skills. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is a key part of the job, as is the ability to navigate environments where regulations and complexity shape the user experience.
