About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of User Experience to redefine our product experience amidst our scaling efforts. This position demands a design leader with high ownership and execution capabilities who can navigate swiftly, make informed decisions, and drive projects to completion while upholding exceptional standards of craftsmanship and customer insight.
In this role, you will oversee a team of Product Designers while retaining a hands-on approach. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy through comprehensive user research, sound design judgment, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
Our product operates within a regulated environment, catering to a diverse clientele that includes first-time investors, deal organizers, and large venture capital firms. This role necessitates a balance between compliance and regulatory requirements, while delivering an intuitive, world-class experience for complex financial workflows.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and Enhance the Complete User Experience
Drive the evolution of user experiences for deal leads, investors, and internal operations teams
