Role Overview
The Senior Training Associate - Operations joins the Operations Training and Development team, reporting to the Operations Training Manager. This role works closely with colleagues to design and deliver training programs for both onshore and offshore teams. The goal: equip Zopians with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and provide strong customer service.

- Design and deliver engaging training programs for operations teams
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance the training landscape
- Support both onshore and offshore employees in developing key skills
- Drive training initiatives that support the company’s overall success
