The Team:
The Global Trading team is responsible for executing trades across all asset classes and regions for Man Group’s investment strategies. Comprising over 30 traders from five trading hubs (London, NYC, Boston, Hong Kong, Shanghai), our team blends the best of quantitative and discretionary trading expertise.
Purpose of Role:
The Senior Trader will play a vital role on the trading desk, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective execution of orders across various asset classes. Collaborating closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and technologists, the successful candidate will guarantee optimal execution while providing market intelligence and strategic insights to enrich the overall investment process. This high-impact, senior position demands extensive market knowledge, leadership skills, and a robust understanding of both systematic and discretionary trading environments.
