About the Team:

Our Propulsion team is dedicated to the design and production of high-performance, manufacturable engines for the Terran R. Each engineer is accountable for the entire lifecycle of their components, from initial design through production to qualification and flight. We foster a culture that encourages bottom-up decision-making, free from technical barriers, emphasizing ownership and accountability at every level. Designing engines capable of producing a quarter million pounds of thrust is just the beginning; as we move towards flight configuration qualification, the team is exploring innovations for future engines, including thrust enhancements, new cycles, and designs tailored for mass production.
