We are seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to enhance our dynamic hybrid delivery teams.
Your Responsibilities
Project Delivery and Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external vendors for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), automation, and digitization projects;
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure;
- Convert business requirements into precise technical tasks for development teams;
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards, align with client expectations, and fulfill contractual obligations;
- Provide consistent updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Technology and Solution Oversight
- Lead projects focused on Intelligent Document Processing, Document Management, and Workflow.
Automation Systems
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design workflows for document capture, classification, extraction, and integration;
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current document automation tools, AI/ML trends, and API integrations;
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization throughout client digitization journeys.
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Oversee cross-functional project teams (developers, analysts, QA, clients);
- Coordinate workloads, assign tasks, and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives;
- Mentor junior project managers or business analysts as needed.
Governance and Methodology
- Implement project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid, depending on project context);
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and scope, and escalate risks proactively;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation (charters, project plans, requirement specifications, delivery schedules).
