Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and operational service owners to ensure alignment between customer objectives and Zscaler’s strategic goals. Provide technical guidance and product insights to create tailored integration strategies for Zscaler solutions. Lead customer engagements to enhance their understanding and usage of Zscaler’s offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development efforts. Manage escalations and ensure resolution in a timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Role Overview: Senior Technical Success Manager

The Senior Technical Success Manager joins the Customer Success Organization in the UK, reporting to the Manager of Technical Success Management. This role serves as the main post-sales contact for customers, especially public sector partners, helping them adopt and optimize Zscaler’s solutions during their Zero Trust transformation.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for customers after the sale, guiding them through their Zero Trust journey
  • Support customers in adopting and optimizing Zscaler solutions to meet digital transformation goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams, focusing on the public sector
  • Provide expert guidance and ensure customers successfully use Zscaler’s products
