ABOUT THE POSITION
We are on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Technical Sourcer to enhance our talent acquisition team. In this crucial role, you will actively seek out, engage, and cultivate exceptional technical talent to thrive in our fast-paced, innovative setting. Collaborating closely with other sourcers and recruiters, you will develop pipelines for essential technical positions and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our organization.
This role is available as a 6-month contract. Locations include Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, WA, or Boston, MA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Identification: Harness advanced sourcing methods, market analysis, and social media channels to discover both passive and active technical candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Forge and nurture meaningful relationships with potential candidates through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
- Pipeline Development: Establish and sustain strong candidate pipelines for various technical positions, ensuring a continuous stream of qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Work in tandem with hiring managers and recruiters to fully grasp the requirements of technical roles and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment objectives.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate sourcing metrics and candidate data to enhance and streamline sourcing strategies and workflows.
