This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in our Plano office.
As a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer at Databricks, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical support for challenges related to the Databricks Platform. You will guide customers through their Databricks journey, equipping them with the knowledge necessary to maximize value and achieve their strategic objectives using our products. From addressing foundational technical inquiries to navigating complex architectural challenges across the Big Data landscape, customers will rely on your expertise. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Technical Solutions.
Your Impact:
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate customer issues associated with the Databricks platform.
- Offer best practice support for tailored solutions crafted by Databricks customers.
- Provide recommendations to enhance performance within customer-specific environments.
- Assist with challenges related to third-party integrations within the Databricks ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering and escalation teams to ensure customer issues and requests are addressed promptly.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of company documentation and knowledge resources.
- Actively advocate for customer needs.
- Enhance your expertise in AWS/Azure and the Databricks platform through continuous learning and internal training programs.
- Participate in on-call rotations during weekends and weekdays.
