Your Role
In this key role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to identify team requirements and align on hiring objectives. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, engaging, and evaluating candidates through various channels while managing the full recruitment cycle from outreach to onboarding. You will also develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of technical talent, proactively build candidate pipelines for current and future needs, and analyze hiring metrics to enhance processes. Additionally, you will represent Brex’s employer brand at events and on social media platforms.
Work Environment
This position is based in our San Francisco office, where we embrace a hybrid work model that combines in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. We require our team members to be in the office at least three coordinated days a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday—while also offering up to four weeks of fully remote work annually.
