Role Overview: Senior Technical Recruiter (Boston, US)
This senior recruiting role calls for someone who combines operational rigor with creative sourcing. The Senior Technical Recruiter will own the full recruitment process for ASI’s US team. Responsibilities include designing recruiting systems, building pipelines, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. The position requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
What You Will Do
- Develop job descriptions and structured interview scorecards tailored to technical roles.
- Lead all stages of recruiting: sourcing, outreach, scheduling, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent using referrals, targeted outreach, events, and talent platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to align recruiting efforts with business needs, focusing on quality and fairness.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing clear updates and guiding them through each step from introduction to offer.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future hiring strategies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, especially for engineering and software roles. Experience in defense, aerospace, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong technical understanding to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
