Your Opportunity
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join our new India Product hub! In this pivotal role, you will not only source and recruit top-tier talent but also forge strategic partnerships and collaborate with various stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and Operations) to design and execute an effective hiring strategy. What You'll Do
- Build relationships across all organizational levels, meeting regularly with leaders to comprehend business requirements and recommend customized recruiting strategies.
- Design, implement, and execute recruiting strategies to address current vacancies and create a diverse talent pipeline while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively source candidates through networking, internet research, cold calling, and participation in events and conferences to enhance our Talent Community.
- Stay informed about top talent, companies, competitive industries, and trends to act as a trusted advisor to the business.
- Promote the continuous adoption and adaptation of Hiring for Success practices within the organization to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, develop tools, and initiatives that address unique hiring challenges.
