Position Overview

We are seeking an outstanding Senior Technical Recruiter to enhance our recruitment efforts as we continue to grow. This role will involve close collaboration with our technical and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership teams, focusing on innovative sourcing techniques and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with technical leaders to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs and craft innovative sourcing strategies for attracting hard-to-find talent.

  • Guide candidates through an exemplary full-cycle hiring process, managing pipelines for technical roles across various channels and effectively closing high-volume and specialized positions.

  • Utilize data analytics to enhance candidate ROI, improve conversion rates, streamline processes, keep stakeholders informed of hiring trends, and monitor hiring pace.

  • Establish frameworks to thoroughly understand market dynamics relevant to the types of candidates desired for technical roles at Ivo.

  • Contribute to defining and strengthening Ivo’s employer brand and candidate-facing materials.
