Role Overview: Senior Technical Recruiter
This Senior Technical Recruiter role focuses on scaling engineering and product teams for clients across Canada. The position suits someone who thrives on efficiency, uses data to drive decisions, and can handle several high-priority searches at once. While technical recruitment is the main focus, flexibility to support non-technical searches is important as business needs shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with growing companies to help them build out technical and product teams.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, serving as an embedded talent partner who understands team goals and keeps searches moving forward.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS environment.
- Minimum 2 years specializing in technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, or Product Managers.
- Experience recruiting for non-technical positions, including operations, sales, and leadership roles.
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work, able to discuss specific tools and share real examples of how they support your process.
- Use of metrics and insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Strong motivation and ability to manage multiple urgent searches in a changing environment.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership.
- Dedication to diversity, inclusion, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
