About the Role:
Clutch is in search of a Senior Technical Recruiter to enhance our People team! Your expertise in sourcing exceptional Engineering, Product, Design, and Data talent is essential as you embark on your next professional journey with a thriving company!
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, and Product leaders to devise and refine recruitment strategies that facilitate team growth.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Lead initiatives to continually enhance and optimize our hiring and onboarding processes, data strategies, and other vital talent programs.
- Effectively organize and manage talent outreach to consistently attract high-performing candidates.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and maintain effective communication with prospective candidates.
