Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to become our pioneering technical recruiting expert. This vital position will have a direct impact on the caliber and expansion of our engineering team. You will spearhead recruitment efforts across diverse engineering disciplines while shaping the technical recruiting framework as we grow.
This role demands a proactive mindset, excellent judgment, and adaptability in uncertain environments. You will collaborate closely with our Recruiting Coordinator and engineering leaders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical hiring strategy across various engineering roles (backend, frontend, AI, iOS, robotics).
- Work alongside engineering leaders to establish role specifications, evaluate candidates, and set hiring standards.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively; compile interview feedback; and provide clear hiring recommendations.
- Create structured processes and expectations for technical recruitment within an early-stage context.
- Enhance interview practices to boost signal quality and minimize false positives.
- Guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to streamline recruitment workflows and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
