Upbound is on the lookout for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Customer Experience organization. This pivotal role focuses on our Strategic segment—Upbound's most intricate and high-value enterprise accounts, including Fortune 2000 companies deploying Crossplane-powered infrastructure control planes at scale.
This is not a project coordinator role. We seek a highly experienced program leader who has successfully navigated large enterprise organizations, gained the trust of VP- and C-suite stakeholders, and is passionate about the operational intricacies that influence the success of complex technical programs. You embody a builder's mindset—actively employing AI tools to automate program workflows, amplify your impact across accounts, and help shape a world-class post-sales TPM function.
