About the Team
The Technology Solutions Business Operations team is a distributed group responsible for orchestrating initiatives for the Crunchyroll IT and Security teams. Our mission is to standardize Agile methodologies, promote process enhancements, and facilitate cross-team communication. By joining us, you’ll be part of a global IT professional network dedicated to providing the tools and technical solutions that empower our internal teams to deliver an exceptional anime experience daily.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX; or Los Angeles, CA
- Standard business hours with occasional travel for vendor meetings or project support as needed.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager who is passionate about leading teams, coordinating information, and solving challenges within the IT organization. This role will require being on-site at least three days a week in either Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA, and will be pivotal in managing IT initiatives.
