Lead the planning and execution of large-scale security compliance initiatives (e.g., FedRAMP, GovRAMP, CJIS, FIPS) with a focus on internal delivery and operational execution. Transform regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53) into actionable engineering roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, and measurable exit criteria. Facilitate cross-team delivery of control implementations, including remediation strategies, dependency mapping, and release sequencing. Enhance the end-to-end evidence lifecycle (from collection to validation) to streamline compliance processes.

Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on Axon Cloud Trust & Security, you will lead the execution of critical security compliance and government authorization projects (such as FedRAMP, GovRAMP, CJIS, and FIPS). Collaborating closely with teams across Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Security, and Compliance, you will convert requirements into actionable engineering tasks, expedite control implementations and remediation efforts, and enhance audit readiness through automation.

This role is a builder position: you will bring clarity to complex issues, align multiple engineering teams, and ensure Axon delivers secure and compliant cloud services without compromising speed.
